தோழர் மணியம் அவர்களுடன் சில சிங்கள தோழர்கள் மக்கள் சீனத்திலும், ஐரோப்பிய அல்பேனிய நாட்டிலும் நடை பெறும் வாலிபர் மாநாடுகளில் பங்கு பற்றுவதற்காக அழைக்கப்பட்டனர். அல்பேனியாவில் 1967 நடைபெற்ற மகாநாட்டில் ஜேவிபி ரோகன விஜயவீராவும் கலந்துகொண்டார் எனச் சொன்னார். அங்கு, இவர்களைப் போலவே பல நாட்டு முற்போக்கு வாலிப இயக்கத்
தோழர்களும் சமூகமளித்திருந்தனராம். எழுச்சி மிகு வாலிப மாநாட்டு உரைகளும், அங்கு எடுக்கப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்களும் தங்களைப் புதுமையான வழியில் சிந்திக்கத் தூண்டும் வகையில் அமைந்திருந்தனவாம். ஒவ்வொரு தன்னலமற்ற தோழர்களின் செயற்பாடுகள் எப்படி மக்களைச் சென்றடைகின்றன என்பது பற்றிச் சிந்திக்க வைத்ததாக அமைந்திருந்தன எனக் கூறினார். பல படங்கள் இருந்தன. ஒன்றுடன் ஒன்று ஒட்டிய நீண்ட படங்கள் முழு மகாநாட்டையும் அடக்கியதான படங்கள் இருந்தன. புலப் பெயர்வு பலதை இழக்கப்பண்ணிவிட்டது.

MONDAY
JUNE 26, 1967
Amid great enthusiasm, the 5th Congress of the Youth Union was opened in the "Partizani" sports palace. After the report, discussions began. Our wonderful youth discuss with fire, with political and ideological maturity. Your heart becomes a mountain when you hear how the young delegates who have come from all four corners of the country speak. "All the opportunities have been created for us to progress, to line up together with our brothers and friends," they say from the congress stand. A worker from Elbasan, excited the young people with her discussion. "Our excursions in the mountains became bread excursions" - said the young delegate from Kuçi i Kurveleshi. Young men and women talk about the wonderful initiatives they have taken and will take in the future.
In their congress, the young men and women have brought the enthusiasm, the revolutionary youth momentum.
Congress continues its work.

Discussions of young men and women continue in
5th Youth Congress. Fiery discussions, unwavering faith in the future and boundless love for the Party. Wonderful was the discussion of the young Mirdita Martine Noku, who spoke without paper.
THURSDAY
JUNE 29, 1967
The youth congress successfully concluded its proceedings. Indescribable enthusiasm of our youth, which showed its strength, skills, knowledge, and inexhaustible energies at this congress. We are proud and we are convinced that with such youth the baton of the revolution is in safe hands.
