The revolutions that erupted in the colonial and semi-colonial countries after the First World War suffered great losses due to the oppression of the imperialists and their henchmen. But they could not extinguish the flames of the war of national liberation after World War II.
So the colonial system began to crumble to the foundations of the system. To date, more than 50 Asian, African, and Latin American nations with a population of 170 million have been freed from colonial slavery. Among them China, North-Vietnam, North-Korea and Cuba followed the path of socialism.
In other countries, the national liberation revolution is beginning to spin like a hurricane. So the imperialist colonialists began to change their tactics and intrigues. They pretended to be good to the colonial powers, made a number of reforms and sought to preserve their interests.
Modern colonial system
However, their nature has not changed. To continue their exploitation, they abandoned the old colonial policy and adopted the new colonial policy. They left their direct rule and exploited the colonial powers by handing them over to the bourgeois classes who did not compromise their interests.
For example, they handed over to the representative of the big bosses and landlords, India to Nehru, and Sri Lanka to the UNP. In a few other places they gave nominal freedom and established their puppet regimes. They enslaved other liberated countries, especially in military alliances with SEATO, Sento, NATO, ANZUS, etc. They set up military bases in those countries and sabotaged their independence.
They are trying to unite a few countries into a federation and keep them under their control. The best examples of this are the British colonial work of Malaysia and the Southern Arabin League. They are exploiting the wealth of those countries by giving them 'aid' with political and economic conditions.
They are still using the UN as a tool to interfere in the internal affairs of many countries and carry out military, economic and cultural occupations there.
Without saying much about these, one can only speculate somewhat on its universality if one hears what the Havana Declaration says about the new colony.

Anti-colonial wars and revisionists
Not all the revisionists who lived then and today could directly oppose the anti-colonial wars.
Because they will have to lose the support of the oppressed masses. To that end, they literally supported the oppressed nations and peoples. But on the pretext of opposing the war, they opposed and even opposed the just wars waged by the oppressed people against all wars.

ஒரு சில நாடுகளை ஒன்று சேர்த்து சமஷ்டி அரசுகளாக இணைத்து, அவற்றை தமது கட்டுப்பாட்டில் மேலும் வைத்துக் கொள்ள முயல்கிறார்கள். இவற்றுக்குப் பிரிட்டிஷாரின் காலனியப் படைப்பான மலேஷியாவும் தெற்கு அராபிய சமஷ்டியும் சிறந்த உதாரணங்களாகத் திகழ்கின்றன. ‘உதவிகள்” என்பவற்றை அரசியல், பொருளாதார நிபந்தனைகளுடன் கொடுத்து அந்நாடுகளின் செல்வாதாரங்களைச் சுரண்டி வருகின்றார்கள்.
